Based in the Netherlands, with strong roots in Indonesia, Moluccas Origin works closely with farmers and processors in the Moluccas to grow, harvest, and process nutmeg and other spices. We stay actively involved at origin — from post-harvest handling to quality control — because we believe good spices start with strong relationships and good practices on the ground.

Our team is small and hands-on. This allows us to stay close to both origin and customers, visit regularly, and continuously improve consistency, traceability, and product quality.

In the Netherlands, we work with certified partners for warehousing, cleaning, grinding, sterilization, and independent laboratory testing. This enables us to offer flexible, just-in-time deliveries while meeting strict European food safety standards.
